I take pride in my work, and in my straps, and so I give a guarantee of satisfaction with every strap I sell.
When your strap first arrives, if you are not satisfied with it because of my cratsmanship or the materials used, I will replace it. I will do everything in my power to put right any issues you have with your strap, and if I am unable to make a strap that satisfies you I will refund your money in full.
I anticipate that my watch straps will give you years of service, so when you buy a strap from me you know that if my strap ever fails you I will replace it, free of charge.
The leathers I use do change from time to time, so if this ever happens and the leather used is no longer available I will replace it with as close a match as I can at that time.
